"I had one of the worst shopping experiences at Dell-Logix. The staff promised they would install original Windows on my laptop, but instead they installed a completely local, fake version. On top of that, they made me wait over two hours at the store for absolutely nothing. The behaviour was unprofessional, the service was pathetic, and the store is honestly the worst place to buy a laptop. They make false promises and deliver poor-quality service. Please don’t ever visit this store. Save your time and money. Buy from any other genuine retailer instead."
